After losing 45 pounds and getting my knee replaced, I became more interested in my appearance. I started to research and study aesthetics and then I fell in love with lasers. My wife and I decided to purchase a laser and open a Med Spa. Learning the laser techniques and performing treatments on volunteers was great.
Our largest challenge, is letting people know we exist and communicating the different treatments that we offer.
We treated a patient’s Melasma and he got so many compliments on his skin that his wife and her friends became patients too. We even removed his daughter’s scar.
There are many lasers and Aestheticians out there providing treatments. Most just follow the manufacturer’s protocols, so everyone is treated the same. At MLA we understand that everyone’s skin is different. Each laser treatment is customized and performed by a medical doctor or a closely supervised RN. We invested in the best lasers, so less treatments are need for optimal results. We love what we do and it shows.
