Working in finance, I spent years optimizing returns on paper — but it was when a family member needed a ramp installed and we couldn’t find a reliable, professional solution, that I realized there was a real gap in the market. The numbers made sense, but more importantly, the mission did.

I got a call on a Thursday afternoon from a woman named Carol. Her father had been in rehab for three weeks after a hip replacement, and he was being discharged — the following Monday. She’d called two other companies that week and either hadn’t heard back or was told it would take ten days.

She wasn’t angry when she called us. She was just exhausted. You could hear it. She said, ‘I just need someone to tell me they can actually help.’
We did a same-day assessment.
