Tailored Tails Luxury Pet Spa LLC provides pet grooming and pet supplies, including outfits and apparel, collars, toys, treats, grooming supplies, and food!

Other than posting on social media and in Facebook groups, we have run promotions such as half-priced nail trims on Tuesdays.

We have 5 employees, including the owner.

One of our groomers, Zarrow, was one of our first graduating students from the Professional Dog Grooming Class hosted by Cat through Butler Community College. They went on to join the Tailored Tails team, as they were a perfect fit for the team.

Tell us the story of how the owner or partners started this business.

The owner, Cat, had been working as a pet groomer in other salons for over 6 years, and had noticed a trend of many grooming salons being extremely busy, loud, and fast paced. They wanted to create an calmer, happier environment for pets, clients, and groomers all around.

In addition, they faced frustration with big box pet stores having no quality grooming supplies for clients to maintain their pets in store, especially brushes and combs, so they decided to bring high quality, hand picked items to improve life and maintenance at home.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

A client came in with their pup and wanted to surprise his wife for her birthday with a creative groom. We planned the colors and an outfit for their dog, Bash, and got to work. We colored his tail and ears a fun combination of blues and green to match his adorable Hawaiian themed shirt. Upon pick up his mom was overjoyed with the surprise and loved his new style!

Owned by an AKC Credentialled Groomer and Instructor, and we focus on the one-on-one experience for pets.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer creative grooming, including color, coat carving, nail painting, etc., cat grooming, and professional grooming instruction.
