What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We currently advertise through social media, open houses, local promotion, direct mail, listed & sold postcards, and online lead sources. Neighborhood-specific and targeted local efforts have been the most successful for building relationships and connecting with new clients.

Marci and Kimberly are supported by a local and remote staff of three long-tenured employees who assist with listings, marketing, and office duties.

Marci joined RE/MAX DFW Associates in 2005, after 25 successful years as a Century 21 Broker/Owner and top agent. Marci divides her time between Irving and Granbury, TX, specializing in both local and resort/lake properties. She has been honored with both customer service and top sales awards.

Kimberly originally began with Marci at Century 21 and brings 30+ years of real estate expertise to the team. Kimberly has lived in Las Colinas for many years, and has a strong client base in Coppell, Valley Ranch, and Las Colinas, as well as expertise in Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Dallas. In addition to her exceptional knowledge of real estate, Kimberly’s flair for design and high-level negotiation skills makes her an asset to every transaction, including new builds.
