What Services or Products does your business provide?

We specialize in general contracting, residential remodeling, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, decks and patios, landscaping, interior and exterior painting, and basement finishing/remodeling.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We’re doing advertising on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and with IndoorMedia.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

We have our Utah B100 General Contractor License

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We have two employees with over ten years of experience in the industry.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

Both owners have been friends for over 15 years and collectively decided to stop working for other people and start their own company, however, neither of them had any family or friends who had started their own companies, so it was a learning process by trial and error. The biggest obstacle was getting all the processes, procedures, and systems set up while at the same time not being able to be on the job, and having a limited budget. Eventually they did have to resort to both setting up the company and working a job to bring in money. There were a lot of obstacles, but they were able to rely on each other to get everything set up and running.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We had a job about a year ago that started out as just a floor refinish, and ended up turning into a full living room remodel, ceiling raise, and fence installation. This customer was particularly great to work with because he was extremely patient, willing to work with us, and excited about all the new projects and visions we had for his home.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We have many great qualities, but I would consider our two main points of focus that set up apart from the rest would be, that first we strive to complete the project to the clients precise vision and end goal, then second is our tireless dedication to communication and keeping the client updated throughout the entire project. We noticed a severe lack in the industry on these qualities and chose to focus and enhance these areas to give the client the best experience possible.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer free on-site assessments, offer options to help with project design, and we have financing options available.
