This tool helps you capture leads. Instead of handing prospects physical marketing collateral (brochures, business cards, etc.), you can send them to your online web page. Here, they read about the program and learn more about you. If they are interested in learning more, they can notify you simply by filling out a form.

How will prospects get to my page?
The Marketing Department is responsible for the technical creation of your web page. It is your responsibility to direct prospects to it. Some examples are to include the link in:
- Prospecting Emails
- Your Email Signature
- Social Media Posts
How do I request a page?
Click the button above that corresponds with the advertising program you represent. You’ll then be directed to a form. Once the Marketing Department receives your request, we will create your page within 5 business days.
Will there be a commission deduction for leads generated through my page?
Nope! Because you are doing the work to drive the lead, you get full commission!
What if I want to make changes after my page has been completed?
Resubmit the form using the button above.
