We have 4-8 employees.

Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I started this business because I feel that caring for residents requires humor, patience, a good-natured approach, and a gentle approach in life. We consider our compassion and commitment to our residents as necessities rather than luxuries. The presence and smiles of the residents bring joy to us. The owner is the first person in his family to own a business. I have been in the career more that 25 years.

Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

There were challenges in opening and keeping the business open, but we were optimistic, and we wanted to offer more assistance in caring for the elderly in our community.

A customer should consider my business instead of going to a competitor because my product or service solve a problem for them. It’s the care that I offer that makes us unique. Transitioning to assisted living can be tricky. With many options and challenging decision-making during the transition, it is likely to be confusing and exhausting. In Americaring Hands, we make it easier for you and your loved ones by proper planning and using some clues. With us, we will assist you to transition smoothly into your new home.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer physicians visits, medication orders, refills, physical and occupational therapy services.
