Our Realtors hold many certifications focused on different areas of expertise like working with Seniors with right-sizing, Military personnel with VA products, First-Time home buyers, and investors.

Tell us about your employees.

Our broker is a University of Louisville graduate and a veteran of the US Air Force and the KY Air National Guard. He is the founder and has been the managing broker for 13 years.

What is the story behind your business?

Our founder had been a Realtor for 3 years and became a Broker to open this business. Unfortunately, when the time came, we were 2 years into an economic recession and a declining housing market. With a focus on education, integrity, and service, he worked to get the company off the ground and grow. We are now one of the area’s larger, independent Real Estate Brokerages.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I met a couple moving to KY from CA to care for an aging parent. They had little time to look at houses, but I had a list based on their very specific needs and wants. By the end of the weekend, we were able to find a suitable home, negotiate an offer, and get it accepted. They went home to CA to sell their existing home. I was able to have their home inspected, negotiate repairs, see that repairs were completed, and close on the property all in their absence. They arrived two weeks later with a moving truck and I was able to present the keys. I sold that home for them 7 years later.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

This company was founded on three principles. Education, Integrity, and Service. The highest level of education recognized by the state is a broker’s license, 50% of our agents are Brokers. Our agents also hold various designations focused on serving clients in special circumstances. We have always committed ourselves to what is best for our clients regardless of our time or fees. One of the largest financial commitments of your life should be handled by a skilled, educated, and experienced representative looking out for what is best for you in all aspects of the transaction.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

Sometimes homes are not ready to be marketed. We can assist clients with all aspects of preparation including consulting, contracting, decorating, de-cluttering, and updating. We also assist buyers in getting financially prepared for their purchase by guiding them through the loan process and helping them find any financial assistance programs that may be available based on their needs and circumstances. From VA loan products to First-Time buyer down payment assistance.
