GT Realty is a Real Estate Brokerage that assists clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We currently operate only with a website and through past client referrals.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

My wife and I are currently the only employees of the company.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I am the original owner of GT Realty. I initially got into real estate because my previous interactions with agents while buying and selling my own homes were pretty underwhelming. Poor math, poor punctuality, and poor communication in those experiences made me think to myself, “People deserve better than this,” and I believed that we could do better.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

My customers appreciate the personal attention that they receive from us. For example, one of my very first clients wanted to learn more about the industry as we shopped around for his home. During our showings, we spoke about what to look for, potential red flags, and discussed some basic real estate math. We built up his knowledge to the point where he is now an active real estate investor. He originally just needed a place to live, but I was also able to show him how many folks use real estate to build wealth.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Customers should use us if they are looking for a personalized experience. With us, they can feel safe to ask and learn all about one of the largest investments they will make in their entire life. It is our policy to give each customer the perfect amount of support, and to never let them feel like they’re in this alone.
