What Services or Products does your business provide?

I am well-versed in every aspect of the real estate transactions and work with buyers, sellers, and investors alike. I cater to both English and Spanish-speaking clients throughout Allen, Plano, Frisco, Mckinney, Prosper and Dallas.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

I operate a boutique brokerage service with four experienced agents.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I have been involved in the real estate business for 20 years serving clients throughout the Metroplex. I follow in a long line of family entrepreneurs and enjoy helping clients realize their dreams.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

In the early 2000’s, I worked with a family to locate their home. I developed a relationship with them and have maintained it for over 20 years. Due to the work I did for the parents, I have now worked with two of their children to help them find the home of their dreams. I have also worked with various other family members with buying and selling. This is not an isolated incident and it is how I love to do business. I want to build lifelong relationships with my clients and consider it an honor to helping multiple generations

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

I am passionate about the work I do. I pride myself in understanding the customers needs and desires and helping pair them with the perfect home. If my client is selling their home, I love guiding them through the process of getting the most they can get from their property. I pay attention to detail that I feel sets me apart from the competition.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

I represent buyers and sellers including landlords and tenants and offer property management as well.
