CBD, Supplements, Vitamins, Minerals, herbal teas, essential oils, diffusers, natural hair color, pet supplements

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

We have a loyalty program and send emails through Square. Post on Instagram. We also did some direct mail. Mailed 5×9 EDDM postcards. This was very successful but also the most expensive. We will be placing ad in local edition of OC Register which is Laguna Woods Globe in couple of weeks.

The owner Behnoosh Assadkahn has Nutrition and Mental Health Certificate from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and also Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant certification.

What is the story behind your business?

The owner Behnoosh is originally from Vancouver, Canada. Her family has Supplement and Vitamin business there. She grew up in the business and she brought her experience to open this location in Southern CA.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We have local clientele who like to support local small businesses. We like to know our customers and give them personalized service. We are close to the area called Leisure World which is a retirement community and we try to cater to their needs.

We always have great customer service and with our loyalty program they save every time they shop with us.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We have free consultations for CBD, supplements and vitamins.
