Independently-owned, full-service Veterinary Clinic serving Sugar Land and the surrounding communities.
Provide: health and wellness visits including vaccinations and preventatives, urgent care and sick pet visits (with full in-house labs, x-rays, and ultrasound), surgery- routine (spay/neuter), soft tissue (including mass removals, splenectomy, cystotomy, GI surgeries), and a board-certified specialist surgeon who performs orthopedics and other specialized procedures.

Hello Telfair, New Territory, and the surrounding Sugar Land community! 🐾

The Staff at Sugar Land Veterinary Clinic are so pleased to be here and we look forward to providing great care for you & your pets!
We are a full-service, independently owned General Practice, which means that we provide not only Wellness Care (vaccinations/preventions), but also Urgent Care, Geriatric Care, and we perform surgery (soft tissue including routine spay/neuter, and dentistry). We have an in-house pharmacy and laboratory/diagnostics in order to get same-day answers and treatment for your pet. We also offer same-day appointments and drop-off appointments so that your pet can still be seen even if you cannot be present. And we provide day-boarding if you have work commitments or errands to run!
Our owner, Dr. Abdel-Malek, has been practicing in Houston and the surrounding areas since 2012, and opened her own clinic in Sugar Land in May 2023, because she loves the area, and wants to provide quality care to the community.

Our goal is to not only treat animals that are feeling unwell, but to try to prevent the preventable with a thorough examination, diagnostics, treatment/prevention, and client education. Here we follow the golden rule and treat you like we would want to be treated, and we treat your pets as if they were our own.

We pride ourselves in being able to take the time to spend with you and your pet and to answer any questions that you might have.
Our appointments are usually 30-45 minutes long which gives you the time to spend with our staff without feeling rushed.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer drop-off appointments (so you can still go to work, run errands, pick up the kids, etc), medical boarding for pets that require IV-fluid therapy and other in-hospital treatments, bathing services (which include nail trimming, anal gland expression, and ear cleaning), and in-home euthanasia.
