What Services or Products does your business provide?

We focus on helping you navigate the Medicare maze. There are more than 50 potential Medicare plans in our area. It is our job to listen to your specific needs and provide you with knowledge and recommendations so you can make the right Medicare choice for you!

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

Word of mouth and referral marketing is all that I have done, besides my up-coming Cartvertising ads. Referral marketing to partners and senior communities has been most successful for me.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

I am a certified Life and Health insurance agent in the State of Utah.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

I am the sole employee of the company.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I started the business after having worked in sales and marketing for software/IT companies for 30 years. During that career, I traveled to 52 countries around the world and met people from many different cultures. After that very enjoyable career, I decided that I wanted to do some work where I could be home each night and where I could make a real difference in the lives of other people. Helping people understand and navigate the Medicare maze met both of those criteria and has been very rewarding.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

One of my clients was continuing to work well past his desired retirement age because he couldn’t figure out which Medicare plan would be best for him and meet his needs now and in the future. After our first meeting together, he said “Rich, I understand Medicare better after spending 30 minutes with you than I did trying to figure this out myself over the past 10 years.”

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

I am here to help you navigate the ins and outs of Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans. My goal is to reduce your stress and make it simple to understand your Medicare options, choose the option that best covers your needs, and enroll in that plan with ease. I simplify a confusing, and sometimes overwhelming, process. I love to meet with individuals and also speak to groups to educate about Medicare.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
