With over 40 years in the gym environment, we have realized our dream of opening our gym. Some of Kevin’s certifications are Personal Training, and Sports Nutrition. Stephanie holds her class instructor certification in Yoga. With a full commercial gym, exercise classroom, and skilled personal trainers and instructors we are able to help anyone achieve their fitness goals.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We offer A New Gym Experience. We have a full commercial gym on a studio scale so we are able to control the crowds that many experience other places. We dont have contracts or extra fees. Just a low monthly fee for as long as someone wants. This is a place where someone can come workout, not have to wait on equipment, nobody bothering them, and do it on their own time.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

In addition to 24/7 use of the gym, we have 10+ group classes like Zumba, REB3L, Yoga, Stretch, HIIT, Glute and Ab strength. Get the most out of your membership by working with a personal trainer.

We also participate in Silver Sneakers, and many of the Insurance Paid plans, GymPass, and Peerfit etc.
