What Services or Products does your business provide?

We sell Professional Men’s Dress Clothing, from Suits to Dress Shirts and Pants to Shoes to Ties! Everything is about quality and comfort, we only source products that last forever and are as comfortable as can be. We have Machine Washable Suits, 4-way Stretch Dress Shirts and even Stain/Liquid Repellant Ties! A large number of our customers are also young men who are getting ready to serve church missions, so if that pertains to you, we got you covered!

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We just started with IndoorMedia this year, but have been doing email marketing and social media marketing for the last 4-5 years. We also did a campaign of mailers last year targeting our main demographic. And then word of mouth does a whole lot for us as well!

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We currently have three employees, the owner and two part-time positions.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

My name is Logan Macdonald and I’ve been here at Preach Supply since the end of 2019. I was working for a different company that bought Preach Supply in 2019 and my job became to run the store as part of the acquisition. So I began to run and manage the store, even through the awful crisis of COVID. We had to close our doors for a couple of months even though we had only just bought the business a few months previously. However, we got past 2020 and in 2021-23, I helped grow the store each year to new record years! And in May 2023, I actually bought the business fully from the previous owners after all the hard work I had put into Preach Supply. It has been such an incredible journey to go from helping run the store to getting the chance to fully take it over and help it grow even more as a small business owner. And I can’t wait for what’s coming next!

We hand select only the best products from brands like Tough Apparel, Johnston & Murphy, and Haggar.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We specialize in outfitting young men who are preparing to serve church missions, usually for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When they receive their information on where they are going to serve their mission, it comes with a list of all the clothing they will need to bring with them on their two year mission. We know exactly what kind of clothes they should take, the best brands, the highest quality, etc. and can help them get ready to go and serve!
