How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

16 employees, about 4 have been with me since my start.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I’ve always been a caring person. I needed a job to provide for my minor children and I wanted a job with some stability. Home health seemed to be the best choice. Just like being a doctor or nurse there are always going to be someone that needs care after a hospital stay. Seniors and the disabled are always needing help. Home health was the best choice that I made for myself.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I prepared a meal for a client one evening. They ate their food that I prepared I cleaned the kitchen put them to bed and left. I returned the next day to an angry client. They were unable to warm the food that I had prepared the prior day so she complained about the quality of the food. Because I had prepared the food I knew that there was nothing wrong with the meal. I rattled a few pots, took a little time to prepare, heated the food. After serving the food and the client ate, she turned to me and said “when your hear everything is alright.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

My business should be considered verses my competitor because with my business you will have direct contact with the owner of the business. For what ever reason that you need to speak to someone concerning your service you will speak with myself. Rarely are you put on hold and all phone calls are returned.
