What Services or Products does your business provide?

I provide full real estate services, specializing in helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Bay Area and beyond. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, I guide clients through the entire process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

I currently advertise through social media (Instagram, Facebook), open houses, direct mail postcards, and online lead sources like Zillow and Realty.com. Social media and open houses have been the most successful for building relationships and connecting with new clients.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

I am a licensed Realtor in California (DRE #02200308) with Adapt Real Estate. I was recognized as a Top Producer on my team, which reflects my dedication to clients and proven track record of success.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I have always been passionate about helping people. My career started in healthcare, where I worked in fitness, primary healthcare, and mental health. While I found purpose in that work, I wanted to take on something that allowed me to directly impact families and communities in a lasting way. Real estate was the perfect fit. It combined my people-first mindset with my drive to build relationships and help others achieve their goals.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

One of my favorite client experiences was helping a close friend of almost 20 years buy her very first home with her family. Walking her through the process step by step, negotiating on her behalf, and finally handing her the keys was incredibly rewarding. Knowing I played a part in helping a lifelong friend achieve such a milestone was a reminder of why I do what I do.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Clients choose me because I do not just focus on the transaction. I focus on the person. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I make it my mission to provide a supportive, comfortable, and no-pressure experience. I listen, I care, and I advocate for my clients as if they were family.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

In addition to buying and selling homes, I connect clients with trusted local vendors for everything from inspections to renovations. I also provide market updates, home valuations, and guidance for homeowners who are planning to sell in the future but are not quite ready yet.
