What Products or Services does your business provide?

We are an Italian restaurant that offers handmade pizzas, made to order pastas, fresh and crispy salads, sandwiches, beer, wine and more.

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

At the moment we are using IndoorMedia. In the past we have mailed out paper menus.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition that your business has received?

Our restaurant have been voted Neighborhood Favorite Restaurant on Nextdoor for 7 years in a roll (since 2017)!

Tell us about your employees.

We have 15 employees. Some of them have been working at the restaurant for over 10 years. The majority has been with us for over 6 years.

What is the story behind your business?

My husband and I started working at Avanti in 2015 as regular employees. Couple years later we were offered to buy the business and in 2017 we became the new owners of Avanti Pizza. It was very hard at the beginning and during the Pandemic as well but we managed to navigate through those times successfully. My husband and I both have degrees in Marketing which was the main reason why we decided to purchase the restaurant- it was a great opportunity to practice everything we have learned at school.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

Every customer has an amazing experience with us and our reviews online are the proof for that! We make people happy with the fresh and delicious food that we cook using the highest quality ingredients and lots of hard work as well as the kind and polite staff that we hire.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We are THE ONLY place in the area that has such a cozy and homie dining area where you can sit, relax and enjoy some hot and great tasting food. Many of our competitors ran out of business but we are still here- thriving and growing every single day!

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer self- delivery service– this is something you cannot find easily nowadays! We have been doing delivery since this restaurant was established- over 30 years ago- which is why we know better than the modern 3rd party companies how to guarantee the safety and quality of our service and products. Most of our regular customers who order delivery directly from us know our drivers by name- because we always have the same people at your door delivering the food we make with care and attention. The best part about our delivery service is that it is FREE of charge- you only pay for your food without any other additional fees or surcharges!
Apart from that we also offer catering for those who want to order for larger groups of people.
