Balboa’s provides a wide array of sweet treats! From cookies served fresh and warm from the oven to delicious chocolate-dipped ice cream, bananas, and cheesecake. We have something to satisfy every sweet tooth.

We were recognized as a Yelp Most Loved business in 2023. We have only successful certifications from the county health department

What is the story behind your business?

The founders of Balboa’s were inspired by their annual travel to California where they built great memories from their visits to favorite snack and sweet shops. Having left their careers they risked it all to try and capture the same happy experiences for their customers in Mesa, AZ.

I ordered a couple dole whips and a smoreo with a chocolate ice cream bar for my son. My son said the Smoreo was the best Ice cream/dessert he’s ever had! The dole whip had clean ingredients and was amazing 🤩 The man and the girls that were running the place were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

We offer online ordering for pickup and delivery. We also have group and catering options available!
