What Products or Services does your business provide?

We provide express drive through car wash with different options from no employee touch to top of the line where the employee does a good prep on the vehicle before the wash and a towel dry, wheel cleaning, and tire shine at the end.

We also have a full service express lane where my employees will do about a 30 minute cleaning on the interior, which the top package there include an interior wipe down, vacuum, window cleaning, rubber mat cleaning, and exterior wash.

On top of that we have a professional detail department where extra time is spent on the vehicle to remove stains and to make the car look extra perfect. We offer interior details and exterior details.

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

Right now I am doing advertising on Facebook, instagram, nextdoor, a little on google, and paper media with valpak.

I seem to get a lot of views and action from Facebook and google, but when I put deals on there, they don’t seem to get used by the customers.

Never used IndoorMedia so hope this will help as well!

Tell us about your employees.

I have 12 employees currently. My general manager has been with the company for a long time and my other manager/mechanic has been here for a ling time as well with the previous owner.

We have one special needs kid that works with us on Saturdays that loves cleaning cars as well!

What is the story behind your business?

My partner is my cousin, Noe Andrade, and we both started working at a BMW store that my parents owned. He was a service writer and I was a Used Car Sales Manager and Car salesman. When the BMW store was sold, my parents bought some car washes up north in Fort Collins. Me and my cousin both decided we wanted to get into car washes as well, because we both love cars so much, which brought us to finding Brighton Car Wash and Detail.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We had a gentleman that brought his car in for a interior detail and he was planning on trading in the car, so wanted it to be clean before he did. He told us and wrote a review about how good of a job we did and that the dealership gave him more money for the car, because it was so clean.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We are the only full service car wash in the area, so if a customer wants a little extra cleaning on there car, we are definitely the place to go. Even if the customer just wants a quick wash, we still have that advantage of prepping the car to make the car come out even cleaner on the other end.

We also keep quality as our number one objective when we are cleaning someone’s car. That starts with the products we use and the employees focus when they are cleaning the car.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer headlight restoration on cars, seat shampoo, wax. We will soon offer ceramic coatings.

One thing that a lot of people don’t realize as well is that we have a dog wash station inside our building as well!
