We provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for all ages, including various orthodontic appliances, braces and clear aligners. As a full service orthodontist, we provide comprehensive treatment for all ages including various orthodontic appliances, many different kinds of braces and options of clear aligners. At Goaline Orthodontics, we do more than just straighten teeth, we help to improve oral health and create a comfortable, fun-loving culture.
What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?
We have done many print ads in Living Magazine and Community Impact, Google and FB ads, sponsorships with various PTAS and the YMCA. And a sign/banner at Frisco Field House.
Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business?
Dr Parks is certified with the Texas State Dental Board and a memaber of the American Association of Orthodontists. She has received several Top Doc/Top Healthcare and Leading Women awards from Living Magazine.
Tell us about your employees.
We have 4 employees – Dr Parks’s nephew Michael, Linda, Linda’s daughter Jasmine and Brandon, who has been with the company for 18 years.
In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business?
Dr. Parks has worked as an orthodontist since 2005 in various settings and business models. She bought her present practice from Dr. George Dula, who was serving Frisco for over 20 years. The office is now renovating and moving a couple of doors down from the original location.
Tell a story about a great customer experience.
We pride ourselves on great customer service, we really believe that it might be the most important value that sets us apart from our competitors. There are quite honestly too many stories to exemplify this aspect of our business. We have the only staff I know of in our industry that are truly on call 24/7. We constantly attend to patients after hours, on the weekends, and even on holidays. We have made house calls when needed, meet our college students after hours, and even meet our patients at the hospital in surgical cases. We have fervent love for our patients, when a patient joins our practice they are simply not a statistic, but become a member of our family. We know each patient by first name and can tell you a plethora of items about each individual. Sometimes orthodontics can cause apprehension, especially in younger children, and it’s our mission to break the trend to allow each person to feel comfortable, relaxed, and build a friendly rapport so that people look forward to coming into the office.
Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.
We are truly a family business with individualized care for each patient. We have after school hours until 6 pm and work Friday and Saturdays to accommodate patients with busy schedules. We are privately owned and operated, but understand how important our community is to us. While we treat many families in the area, we also find it our mission to impact or give back to the community. We often participate in many community wide events and give back to our patients’ school PTAS private and public.
What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?
We give free consultations to anyone wanting to inquire about orthodontics. We also file insurance at no charge and help consult those in need or have questions about their policies.
