Soups, salads, sandwiches, chocolates, gift baskets, gifts, beer, wine, espresso.

What types of advertising are you currently doing, and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past?

Currently social media only. We have advertised on Facebook and that was successful.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition that your business has received?

Health certificate. Liquor license. Best of Yelp a few years ago. Top 5 grilled cheese in the spokane CDA magazine. We are members of the chamber of commerce.

Tell us about your employees.

The company has 2 new owners. Amy Henderson is the daughter of the original owners and creators of Halletts. KC. Henderson the other co-owner has worked her for 5 and a half years. Lexi Richardson was a long time customer when she came to work for us.

What is the story behind your business?

The original.owners left jobs in the banking and train fields to start this business. They turned it into what it is after 46 years. The new owners are family of the original owners. It was important to keep it in the family and continue to grow this special business into something bigger and better for the next generation to take over.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We have long time loyal customers who have been a part of this place from the beginning. We have Donna and Mike Clancy who come in 3 to 4 times a week. We see them pull up and start there lunch before they are through the front door. We have so many more incredible customers who are loyal and supportive of the new transition.

We will bend over backwards to make sure your experience is special and you are full and happy and feel like they are a part of the Halletts Family. We want to be your new favorite place and to feel like you belong here.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

We offer catering. We make custom gift baskets, and custom boxes of chocolate. During Easter we sell personalized chocolate Easter eggs. We have a full espresso menu
