What Services or Products does your business provide?

We provide all automotive repair services. We perform oil changes, alignments and provide a wide range of tires for customers. We also can perform major car repairs such as engines and transmissions.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We advertise with Groupon and Yelp. Groupon has been the most successful getting customers in the door.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We currently have 10 employees. All of our employees are like family. Two employees have been a part of our company since day 1. We have a very safe and friendly work environment here.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

The business owners are husband and wife and started KNG Complete Auto Repair in 2019. George already had successful businesses before opening this particular auto repair shop. Kerissa was a Special Education teacher before she retired and starting working full time at the shop with her husband. The business has been very successful because the owners are honest and hard working people and they get new customers from referrals and word of mouth. The Huntington Beach community knows who they are and they are here to stay while providing quality and affordable car services.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

There are too many to count. We work with the customers budget and sometimes we will provide free oil changes for customers who need the service but have no money at the time. Once a customer, always family.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We see each customer as an individual and not a price tag. We work with customers and we are patient with all their unique needs and requests. We have amazing mechanics who do quality work time and time again. I feel this auto repair shop has a homey feel and it is very clean and there’s TV playing in the waiting room and we also provide tea and coffee. We also are located next to Bella Terra Shopping in Huntington Beach. There are plenty of things to do around here while you wait for your car to get repaired.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We provide Financing options for parts and services if the customers can’t afford paying with debit, credit or cash.
