What Services or Products does your business provide?

We are a local junk removal service in Washington County, Utah. Full disclosure, however, we primarily work in St. George and do charge an additional travel fee for any location more than 20 miles outside the city limits.

To get a same-day estimate, give us a call at 435-313-3478. We are a team of licensed and insured hardworking professionals ready to best serve you where you are.

Big or small, we can tackle local junk removal projects of all sizes; estate cleanup, hoarder homes, yard debris, you name it! Our pride goes into every job. When the job is done, you will confidently know you called the right crew.

Please help us grow our locally owned business by leaving a Google review after receiving service.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We mainly use social media and direct people to our website. The only paid advertising we currently use is a subscription booklet called Senior Saver.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

Zero. I’m a one-man-show at the moment until I can scale.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I originally started Nitty Gritty with family who had a vision for it to become big, through a series of events that family member had to step away. I still believe in Nitty Gritty and the ability I have to serve people’s needs and clear some clutter from their homes to free up their minds for what really matters. There have been roadblocks and hurdles along the way, but there has always been a way to overcome.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I like to let my reviews speak for themselves. Most of the people I’ve had the pleasure of working with are very kind.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

I always put the needs of my customer first. Even if that means recommending someone else over myself to better serve their needs.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
