As a second generation realtor my focus is to continue the tradition of excellence and outstanding service for all your Real Estate needs. Born and raised in 100 Mile House, I gained a deep appreciation for the people and lifestyle of the South Cariboo. After graduating, I left home to pursue a career as a maintenance specialist in client oriented industries. Long hours, attention to detail and the ability to comprehend the requirements of the customer in order to create their desired outcome were essential to success.

 

Throughout the 16 years I was away I found myself missing home and the amazing life it offered. Whenever I had the opportunity, I would travel back to visit and take advantage of the abundance of summer and winter outdoor activities in the area. So with many new skills under my belt and a newfound passion for helping people, my love for the Cariboo called me home to start a career in real estate.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

While another agent was away on vacation I was asked to cover business and take care of their clients for them. When a potential buyer reached out with interest in one of the listings that I was managing for my college. I set the buyer up with another trusted agent and proceeded to get to work on representing the seller in what became very tense negotiations for the home. After successfully agreeing on the terms of the deal the house promptly sold and the clients were thrilled to move onto the next stage of their lives & careers. They left a review which I am proud of to this day;

Knowing the area as a local along with the challenges of relocating here, affords me a unique perspective in the local Real Estate market. Hard working and dedicated, I have a passion for learning and I’m always enthusiastic to help. Years of working in fast paced and high stress environments has taught me the importance of being ready and available to my clients when opportunity arises. So, whether you are buying or selling I will take the time to understand your needs and be there to assist you each step of the way.
