Facebook, Instagram, Indoor Media, TikTok, Influencers, DoorDash Campaigns, Uber Eats Campaigns.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I was in the car business for 10 years, but I was involved in the food cart business as most of my friends have food carts in Portland, OR, and I used to give them a hand and help them with their businesses, like marketing, printing, promotion,s and online growth.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I had a customer asked me about special meat which I don’t buy but I did buy that meat and stored it in my freezer just for that customer, just one customer. The customer was so happy and every time they send me a text just to prepare the special meal for them.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Because in less than 2 months, I have 58 5-star reviews on Google and 16 5-star reviews on Yelp, and my business is on all Ridgefield pages with pictures of customers craving my food.

We had the Beef Shawarma and the #20 Triple meat plate. Both were amazing. Fresh ingredients, great flavor and portions. Service was perfect and nice area to sit and share a meal. We will definitely be back soon!

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

I haven’t started catering officially, but if someone asks to cater, I will do it.
