I am an active Realtor®️ in California, and have been since 2017. I moved to Arizona in July 2022, to be closer to my aging parents, who have lived in Surprise nearly 20 years. I chose to work toward completing and receiving my Real Estate License in Arizona, which I did in April of 2022. I began building my new business here in Arizona as of June 2022, as well as work my business in California.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

I believe at the heart of my business is being a great listener, communicator, and always keeping my clients best interest a priority.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

I’m not sure I would call it an extra service, however, I do have a lengthy list of resources for whatever my clients’ needs may be, to help assist in taking or reducing the stress of getting necessary items accomplished that go hand in hand with buying or selling Real Estate.
