We at Triple 777 Barbershop provide professional grooming services in a welcoming, community-centered environment. We specialize in traditional and modern haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling for men and boys, while also offering fades, tapers, and personalized grooming tailored to each client’s preferences.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We currently advertise through TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat. TikTok and Instagram with haircut transformation videos and photo posts that showcase our work and shop atmosphere. Our barbers also promote their work on their personal social media pages, helping draw more attention and new clients to the shop

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We currently have 10 employees who are all very social and open to anyone, from kids to the elderly, to get their amazing cuts.

Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

This barbershop is our first family-owned business, and we were inspired to start it because we wanted to build something of our own that reflects both our hard work and our values. The idea of ownership and creating a space where we could serve our community while working together as a family motivated us to take the leap. Like many small businesses, we faced common challenges in the beginning, including limited funding, building a steady customer base, and navigating competition.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

One memorable customer experience took place four months ago when a first-time client complimented our welcoming, family-focused environment. They appreciated the warm greetings upon arrival and departure, the cleanliness and professionalism of our space, and the thoughtful touch of complimentary coffee and water. They also noted how the kid-friendly amenities — such as the arcade machine, foosball, and billiard table — made the visit enjoyable for the entire family.

Customers should consider our family-owned barbershop because we provide more than just haircuts — we offer a personal, welcoming experience rooted in family values and community care. Unlike larger competitors, our shop combines professional grooming with a comfortable environment where clients feel valued, not rushed.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer complimentary coffee and water. We also offer fun games for the kids to play as they wait for their parents to finish getting their haircuts done, such as billiards, an arcade machine, and a foosball table.
