WinkHomeFinder was founded in 2005. After selling Real Estate for 10 years tragedy struck! Our founding member’s husband was diagnosed with cancer. There was a time when I thought it was all over. However, God provided a way to keep WinkHomeFinder going. Friends and family rallied around us, referred their family and friends to us and we kept on selling dream homes! That is why my mission is to love God, love people and change the world! It takes a village! Life is so much easier when you have a REALTOR that loves you and wants the best for you and your family!

What is the story behind your business?

My husband and I owned a IT Consulting business. We wrote software and designed websites for all sort of businesses. One day we were blessed with a client that needed our help to build a website for their Real Estate Brokerage. My husband and I fell in love with Real Estate! I pride myself on being loving, caring REALTOR! I love helping families find homes and throughly enjoy seeing them grow over the years. After almost 20 years in Real Estate I have seen families pass their homes down to other family members and expand into larger homes. Sometimes 2 and 3 times.

I got my Real Estate License in 2005, right after Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast. We needed more REALTORS to help families find shelter. My mission is Love God, Love People and Change the World! I love Mobile Alabama, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I LOVE MY JOB.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I have both bought a house and sold a house with her. When buying a historical home, she walked us through each step, helped us think of anything we hadn’t thought about, and more importantly she made sure we were fully protected. When selling – I just never realized how much work was to sell a house – she was amazing to work with, from the navigating of open houses and house showings to negotiations and repairs, she really made a super stressful process effective and manageable. She goes above and beyond and generates great foot traffic, really impacting our chances for a quicker sale. Between the professional pictures, virtual tour, social media activity and her reputation, we could not have sold that house without her. I am so very grateful to her for her dedication and kindness through it all. I’m looking to buy again soon, and if not consider working with anyone else. Thank you Frankie – the house whisperer!

GET THE FACTS: Before signing that listing agreement!
Does the other REALTOR have a BUSINESS Facebook page? If he/she doesn’t have a BUSINESS Facebook page he/she CAN’T pay Facebook to advertise your home! Check out the REALTORS Facebook page BEFORE signing with them! Check the real estate posts to see if they are getting lots of likes and shares or if it is just a few people at their office that are seeing their listings. If they don’t advertise on their social media pages daily they are not going to have a “FOLLOWING”. You want LOTS of likes and shares so your listing will BE SEEN by lots of buyers! Call me for a 2nd opinion!!

Does he/she have a YouTube Channel? Does he/she have provide a virtual tour of your home? How much $$$ is he/she going to spend on your home? Is he/she going to pay Facebook $900 to advertise your home?

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about?

I spend a lot of money marketing my listings! After the seller prepares their home for showings and photography I take a 360 virtual tour, live video. After editing the virtual tour I add voice overs, music and relevant text and pay Facebook $300 a week to boost the virtual tour to the masses. I continue this $300 per week for the 1st 3 weeks of the listing! My goal here is to create a bidding war! I’m not trying to just sell your house. My goal is to make it FAMOUS! The more people that see it on social media and my YouTube Channel the more offers we will get! The more offers we get the higher the sales price!
However, I’m not stingy! When I list a property I split the commission 50/50. By offering other Realtors a larger paycheck to sell your home I get more showings and offers on your home!
