Dave Norris started his business, NDC Heating & Cooling, LLC, in 2006 as a one-person shop. His main goal was to be able to provide a future for his family. He wanted to run a successful business using his many years of experience in the HVAC field and build a company whose operations align with his values. He wanted to treat every customer like they were a part of his friends and family. Dave’s critical attributes for NDC were to show respect, be honest and reliable, and earn every customer’s trust. Through hard work, dedication, and perseverance, Dave was able to make his dream a reality. Family was at the core of Dave’s decision to get to where he is now, including the naming of the business. NDC stands for his three children: Nathan, Dakota, and Carlie. By name alone, NDC will always be about family.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We have done a free furnace give away the last two years for someone in need. They are nominated by themselves, a friend or family member and explain why they should be considered for the furnace. The names on the nominees are all put together and one is randomly drawn and we provide them with a new furnace installed in their home. It has been such a wonderful experience, we hope to continue doing it for many years to come.

We truly care about our customers. We will provide honest and reliable service at a fair price and not try to sell you something you don’t need.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
