In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

The ForgeNow co-founders saw a need to quickly fill the ever-widening trades gap in America and modeled ForgeNow training after military basic training. Prior to founding ForgeNow, one found spent many years in investment banking and the other in private equity.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

ForgeNow has trained individuals from all walks of life. We have helped service members transition from active duty to the civilian world, second-chance citizens, recent high school graduates, and new citizens. One individual to highlight came to America on a special visa due to his service to the US Military in Afghanistan. He was sponsored by a local non-profit to attend ForgeNow and within a year of graduating, was making over $100,000 a year.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

ForgeNow’s programs are short and intensive, getting a student into their field of choice much quicker than other schools.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

ForgeNow offers lifetime placement service for our graduates.
