We provide permanent make-up, nail services, eyelash extensions, and private trainings for permanent make-up.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

I have been advertising with Facebook ads and it’s very helpful.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

Yes. I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as certified permanent make-up artist. We also won awards for best permanent make-up clinic for 2 consecutive years for 2023 and 2024 which was recognized in a press release.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We have 1 employee so far. Hoping to hire more soon. She is also certified cosmetologist and certified lash technician whom has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She’s very kind, caring and has a great sense of humor.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I am the first person in my family who started a business and continued to pursue entrepreneurship. I’ve always had a niche to be an entrepreneur in the beauty industry because I just love and enjoy helping people feel confident through beauty and mentorship. I’ve faced many challenges to start afloat but never one to give up. After losing my father to cancer, one of our last conversation before he passed was about my business journey and he reminded me to keep fighting and never give up and it just replays over and over again every time I feel a little discouraged. He was one of my biggest supporters and inspiration. It definitely helps me to keep moving forward and giving up is not an option. That’s the key to success in my opinion. I also have a passion for this industry and just love having great conversations with people while also being able to help them feel beautiful.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I did customer’s eyebrows once, and she confided in me about her life and how she lost confidence from being in a bad relationship. After I got done with her eyebrows, she was so happy and she gave me a hug, thanking me for giving her confidence again.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Because the difference between coming to NV BEAUTY LOFT and going to a competitor is that we take pride and joy in helping each woman with individualized experiences and giving the best customer service. We treat each client like family, making them feel welcomed the minute they walk in to the minute they leave. Cleanliness and sanitation is also big to us, we ensure safety and sanitation in our salon.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We Offer private training for Permanent Make-Up, specializing in Ombre Brows.
