Newspaper, magazine, local high school sporting events.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

Besides State Insurance license I have won the Best Of Kuna for Insurance Agent the last two years

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

3 full time employees, one is my wife and one employee has been with me for over 8 years.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

My brother brought me into the insurance business with Farm Bureau back in 1999. I started in the Boise office until the company asked me to open an office in Kuna, which I did in 2008. Insurance has a lot of moving parts to it and as an agent you need to keep up on the industry changes and different types of insurance that my clients need.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

Great customer experience is anytime I can provide insurance for a special event, save someone a lot of money on their insurance and or provide them with the right coverage’s and protect what is important to them.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Farm Bureau is an Idaho company, our home office is in Pocatello and we have offices in every Idaho county. When you hear buy Idaho think of Farm Bureau. Our rates are based on what happens in Idaho unlike all the other national insurance companies that have rates based on the disasters that happen in the United States.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer annuities, mutual funds and whole life insurance policies.
