What Services or Products does your business provide?

We offer a few different kinds of water, including ultra-purified water, alkaline mineral water, Soleil, which is pink Himalayan salt, and Kangen / hydrogen water.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We’ve been mostly running Instagram ads and Facebook. I’ve been trying to figure that one out.. but I do Instagram and Facebook reels and posts. And I do have a couple of influencers that I use as ambassadors, trying to get that ball rolling.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We just started this business a year and a half ago so as of now there’s only two people that work here and it’s the owners.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

We are part owners in this. This is our first time opening up our own business.. Jacob is the brains behind the business and he has been wanting to open up a water store for quite some time. We are both in the business of helping people learn the benefits of clean, healthy water. Challenges were trying to find a location that would be suitable for us. That would be best to serve our customers and to keep those returning customers coming back, knowing that we are always here for them. Scott has been working at Tyson Foods for a couple of years now and was ready for a change, and was ready to get back to the community and to start his own business with Jacob, Scott and Marjorie.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We’ve actually had a couple of customers who find out about our water and how quickly it can change your life. Our water has helped them with their weight loss, energy, digestive system, and overall health that they’ve noticed throughout their bodies. They are happy that we are here and that we do deliveries as well. Some people don’t like to lift up these 5-gallon jugs, so the delivery program is a plus for them. Since we are right by local gyms and yoga places, people love to come by on their way home or from the gym and fill up their water at our refill station.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We are located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, Utah, in corporate America. We are right by Vasa Fitness and Yoga Vega. So, coming down to our store will save you time sitting in traffic and driving to other places to get your water. Plus having the convenience of delivery.. We also offer affordable subscriptions that are good for in-store and delivery, starting at $25 a month.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer a 3-month subscription that is charged monthly. When you sign up for that, we will give you 2 months of free water. We always offer that when a bottle is purchased in our store, your first fill of water is FREE.
