Chibi Claws is a claw machine arcade in Garden Grove, CA, offering a wide variety of plush toys inside each of our claw machines. We provide fun, family-friendly entertainment for all ages, perfect for kids, teens, and adults looking for a unique gaming experience. We also host birthday parties and group events.
Chibi Claws Arcade is the culmination of dreams that have finally become reality. We are a group of friends and family who came together and started this small business from the ground up. Through all the sweat and tears of figuring out how to open a claw arcade, from designing the logo, manufacturing machines, and finding the perfect spot, seeing the smiling faces of the customers and making new memories with everyone visiting is all worth it.
The founders were born and raised in Garden Grove, so it was without a doubt that Garden Grove was the best location for breaking ground for Chibi Claws. Inspired by our own travels in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, we wanted to bring cool experiences of the claw machine, UFO machine, and crane game culture from Asia to Orange County, California!
This claw machine spot is a total gem! If you’re in the LA area and looking for a fun, affordable outing, this place is a MUST. Not only are the prices way more affordable than other places around, but the added bonus is that you can actually trade up your prizes! The variety of prizes is awesome, too!
The real standout here though is the staff—so friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere, especially in such a fun, nostalgic setting.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a blast without breaking the bank. You won’t regret it!
The biggest goal for Chibi Claws is for everyone to have fun and win. When we went to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, the claw machine arcades there had staff constantly going around to help. Everyone was winning, and it was like the store wanted you to win. It was unlike the claw machines here in the United States. We wanted to bring that experience to America, and we strive to have the customer service level be on par with our experience overseas.
