Tell us the story of how the owner or partners started this business.
We started out managing ‘The Deli‘ in VA and before the owners Gina & Tony sold it to our cousins, we opened our own a Deli in Manassas, then Fairfax, Then Herndon, DC, and now Burke 🙂 We have been making these subs, since the 80s, and have taught the current owners of several delis in the area, how to run their shops.
