Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We provided a wheel chair accessible location for local youth who was crippled during a tragic car crash at a young age. Wheelchair bound and paralyzed from the neck down, he founded Austin’s Compassionate Exchange (ACE) an non-profit established to provide free advanced medical equipment to those in need (where their insurance would not cover). Austin, an avid comic book reader, became our honorary assistant manager at the shop and is our biggest supporter. Beginning to learn ASL to assist our local deaf community. Providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our mentally disabled community.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
