What Services or Products does your business provide?

My business provides full-service residential real estate solutions across Houston and the surrounding areas. I help buyers, sellers, and renters through every step of the process, from financing and negotiations to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. I also specialize in new construction, investment opportunities, and bilingual (English and Spanish) support to better serve the community.

I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, which reflects my advanced training and commitment to providing exceptional service to every buyer and seller I represent.

My work and story have been featured in Voyage Houston, Women’s Journal, Real Estate Today, and Canvas Rebel, where I shared my journey from education to real estate and my mission to make a positive impact through my work.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

I am Anabel Servin, originally from Mexico, and I have proudly called Houston home for more than 30 years. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which strengthened my patience, communication, and problem-solving skills. Those same qualities now guide the way I serve my clients in real estate.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

One of my favorite client experiences was with a young couple buying their first home. They were nervous about the process and had been told by other agents that their goals might not be realistic in this market. Instead of discouraging them, I sat down and walked them through every step from understanding their financing options to exploring neighborhoods that fit their budget and lifestyle.

Another memorable experience was helping a single mother who dreamed of providing a stable home for her children but didn’t believe it was possible. I took the time to sit with her, review her options, and connect her with the right lender and resources. When we finally closed on her home, she was in tears, saying it was something she never thought she could achieve.

Moments like these remind me why I do what I do. Helping clients realize that homeownership is possible no matter their situation is the most rewarding part of my career.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

Clients choose to work with me because I lead with honesty, care, and a genuine commitment to their goals. I see every client as a partner in one of life’s most important journeys, not just a transaction. My background as an educator helps me communicate clearly, guide with patience, and simplify complex steps. My clients often share that they felt supported, not pressured. My goal is to create a seamless, transparent, and rewarding experience while building relationships grounded in trust and results.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I offer several extra services designed to make the process easier and more informative. I host free buyer and seller seminars where I walk clients through each step of the real estate process. I also provide complimentary home-value consultations, buyer education sessions, and connections to a trusted network of lenders, inspectors, and contractors.

For sellers, I offer staging guidance and market preparation tips to help their homes stand out. For out-of-town or relocating clients, I provide virtual tours and video consultations so they can explore Houston communities from anywhere.

My goal is to go beyond the transaction to educate, empower, and be a lifelong resource for my clients long after closing.
