Apex Solutions offers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, foundation repair, and waterproofing services in Central Kentucky.

Our most successful advertising is Google ads and Google Local Services. We’ve done direct mail, newspaper ads, radio, social media, TV, and billboards.

We have an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau.

We currently have 45 employees.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

For a couple of years, Zach worked with his father, who was also a plumber. In 2009, he decided to start his own business in order to provide for his family. After 15 years, he grew frustrated with trying to find HVAC and electrical companies that would help his customers where he couldn’t. Out of necessity, he branched out to offer services his customers needed. We do it all and take pride in being able to help customers any way we can.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We had a customer with a restaurant who noticed a leak in their cooler. They only had a couple of hours before opening to get it fixed. Our HVAC technicians showed up quickly, fixed the leak, and then recharged their coolers all before their opening time.

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We send a licensed technician to every job. It ensures the job can be fixed during the first appointment if possible. Each technician comes with a fully stocked truck, so there’s less waiting around for parts. We are a drug free company, and we stand behind our work.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer septic pumping, excavation work, plumbing, waterproofing, HVAC, electrical, foundation repair, and waterproofing services. We can do it all.
