Appraisal Time is a full service appraisal company providing timely and affordable valuations to Homeowners, Real Estate Agents, Attorney’s, Bail Bond Services and Lenders in Southern California since 1996.

Appraisal Time provides a wide range of valuation services for Single Family Residences, Condo’s, Units, and Commercial Properties. We service Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties.

My journey in the Real Estate Appraisal World began in 1992, I was a bartender and one of my regulars was an appraiser who invited me to come work for him. I worked under him for 4 years then I branched out to start Appraisal Time in 1996.
