What Services or Products does your business provide?

We offer Pediatric Dental services by a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist for children aged 0-18. Some services we offer are cleanings, fillings, crowns, in office sedation, special needs dentistry, and emergency after hour care.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

We’ve done sponsorships at schools and youth sports teams. Attended school and community events. Paid ad on social media.

I am a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

We currently have 2 team members; 1 has been with us for almost a year, the other has been with us for a little over a month.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

My decision to start my own practice was motivated by a desire to honor my father’s legacy while also forging my own path in the community. My father had established a successful pediatric dental practice in 1980, and I knew I wanted to continue that legacy. However, I was determined to build a reputation based on my own merit, and not just rely on my father’s success. Before launching my practice, I had the privilege of working alongside my father, gaining invaluable experience in the field. It was also at my father’s office where I met my wife, who shares my vision and passion for pediatric dentistry and entrepreneurship. Together, we aspired to create a dental practice that would reflect our unique values and dedication to providing exceptional care. While the journey to opening our own business wasn’t without its challenges – such as securing funding, establishing a loyal patient base, and managing the operational aspects – we were driven by their commitment to making a meaningful impact in our community.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

There are so many to share! We have wonderful families and patients walk into the door of our practice daily. Something I think I enjoy the most is when a child comes in for their first appointment fearful and anxious and we are able to give them a good experience and turn their fear into excitement for their next visit. Our motto is “Little teeth are the focus, Big smiles are the goal” and we try our best to bring that energy with every child that walks through our door.

We offer a calming environment, a gentle approach, and personalized quality dental care for every child.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer complimentary initial exams for ages 2 and younger, complimentary second opinions, and in office sedation.
