We have 40 employees from all over Houston. Many of our employees have been with us since we first opened!

Prior to opening their Closets by Design franchise, the owners had successful careers in oil and gas engineering and construction. They decided to open their own business to have greater flexibility in their lives as they were raising two teenagers and wanted to do something to establish a family legacy. Closets by Design is a long established and well respected franchise at the top of the custom cabinetry industry. They love providing jobs and income to the Houston community and helping their customers get organized!

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

We have a senior designer who originally was a customer. She had such a great experience with her designer and her closet installation that she applied for a job with us! Now she enjoys giving her customers the same great experience that she had as a customer!

Explain why a customer should consider your business instead of going to a competitor.

We treat our customers like gold! We are locally owned and operated and every part of the job is handled by our employees, not subcontractors. We provide a full warranty on our work, we have the most custom options available, and we pass on the savings we get from our national vendors to our customers. Nobody can beat our prices or quality!

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.
