Mustafa Yalaza the founder of Dervish Restaurant, he has been a chef for over 50 years, he was born in Gaziantep Turkey, known for their rich quality dishes. Mustafa first opened Dervish restaurant in Turkey in 1978 after the business started getting better he traveled to America in the year 1999. After Many years he was able to accomplish his dreams here in America by opening Dervish in America. Now with the help of his Three sons he is able to grow the business

A new wonderful restaurant with a beautiful interior, large capacity, many tables. Excellent service. We really liked all the dishes, we ordered onion kebab, these are whole onions stewed in a clay pot with kebab, in an excellent sweet sauce, covered with a flatbread, it is very tasty, I recommend it. I also recommend shashlik, this is excellent beef meat, juicy, unusual and very tasty. I recommend a visit Dervish to gourmets for sure.
