We offer food & supplies for all kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and reptiles.

Facebook, we’ve use Pamplin, we’ve done mailers in the past that haven’t been super successful as far as we can tell

6 years in a row (every year we’ve been open!) we’ve won Best Pet Store in Gresham.

We have about 20 employees

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

The owners (husband and wife) have been in the pet industry for over 40 years combined, in everything from retail to manufacturing to distribution. They always had the goal of owning a pet store and wanted to make sure they had a well-rounded experience in the industry before doing so. This is a continuation of family tradition for one owner, Brie, whose father owns 4 stores in California. The goal is to come into a community to help them out however we can; low prices, donations, giving back, etc.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I think whenever a customer comes back just to thank us for being able to help their pet. The employees really learn about these people and their pets, and it’s not just a transaction for them.

We are a locally owned family business that offers the best prices in town!

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We offer $5 nail trims on Sunday & Monday from 12-4! No appointment needed. We also offer a Buy 6, Get 1 Free punch card for those nail trims.
