Our team is certified as Licensed Real Estate Trading Services Agents through the UBC Sauder School of Business and BC Financial Services Authority.

First Tracks Real Estate Group has two team members: Phil Gadd is the Team Lead and Claire Gadd is the Customer Success Manager. Phil first visited Fernie in 2004 for a season of snowboarding and the lure of the mountains was so great that he emigrated to Canada from England with Claire and their young family in 2009.

What is the story behind your business?

Phil has a genuine passion for real estate; through buying and selling property in the UK, he was able to realize his dream of settling in Canada. He truly appreciates the value the right property can bring to a family and is excited to share that experience by helping others make their home in the Elk Valley.
