Architecture and Construction have interested me for as long as I can remember. For the past 25 years, I have been building, remodeling, and flipping houses. I’ve also been in education; teaching, mentoring and serving as an administrator since 2002. I have expanded my Fonsino Inc. Remodeling business that was established in 2010. Woodworking, building, and designing is my passion. We are a family run business that values quality and trust between our clients and sub-contractors.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

Tim:

As a professional musician with small children, we needed to build a soundproof rehearsal space/studio in the basement of our 115-year-old house. Without a lot of room to work with, Pat thoughtfully planned out a room. Not only did he research the latest in the soundproofing, but he also creatively devised a plan to leave natural light with windows that could be covered with custom “plugs” to dampen the noise as needed. Pat added a few finishing touches that we hadn’t even thought of with beautiful wood detail and installed custom instrument racks. Pat is personable, knowledgeable, up-front, and honest. His work was clean and professional as were the other workers that he brought in our home. The project was completed on time and on budget.
