Gyro Flames offers a variety of halal food, including gyros, rice platters, wraps, burgers, wings, falafel, fries, pita, samosas, Indian butter chicken, and Jamaican jerk chicken.

They also provide catering services and corporate lunch options.

Owner Huda has been a chef and got interested in opening his own location after finding out what was lacking in the halal food industry, particularly in the Gyro concept. He realized almost all gyro places source the same proteins and ingredients from a select number of vendors all the menus from different gyro restaurants look almost identical. Upon realizing that guests in those restaurants are not being offered anything special to satisfy their cravings on a day when they did not want another lamb gyro. Chef Huda crafted the Gyro Flames menu, blending the Greek-Mediterranean gyro with aromatic Indian and Caribbean spices. Guests now have their regular gyros and experiment with new dishes every time. Another reason why the chef opened Gyro Flames is to provide better service and give guests a sense of belonging. Most fast casual restaurants fail or pay less attention to how the customers feel, and everything seems transactional. While Gyro Flames believes in providing its guests with excellent hospitality and food should be part of customers’ experience, not the whole story. We care about how our guests feel about us after leaving our store.
