What Services or Products does your business provide?

Over 30 years of experience helping everyone from first-time buyers to luxury home buyers find the homes of their dreams. Decades of experience working in investment property and commercial real estate to help buyers and sellers navigate the market, negotiate and close on property. Specialize in helping sellers prepare their home for selling, list at a price that is best for the current market, negotiate offers and close for the top dollar. Top-tier experience working with builders and developers to bring their product to market and get it sold, including advice and suggestions on lot pricing, home plans, statistics for demand in the current market and seeing around corners to avoid problems.

What types of advertising are you currently doing and what types of advertising have been most successful for you in the past? (It’s ok if it isn’t IndoorMedia 😊)

I use radio, social media, sponsorships, print and multiple online sources of advertising. I believe most of these are relatively good at keeping me relevant and top of mind. Nevertheless, the best mode of advertising is providing great customer service, getting referrals and repeat business.

Are there any certifications, awards, or media recognition for the business? Please include certifications that may seem obvious, like certification from the board of health for restaurants.

I have been awarded the highest producing Realtor of the year award by the local Board of Realtors for multiple years, including 2024 and 2025. I have been recognized for being one of the highest producing 25 Realtors for the ERA franchise nationally for multiple years, maybe even for most of the 25 years that I have been with ERA.

How many employees does the business have? Are there any special employees that have a unique story? Are there any employees who have been with the company a particularly long time?

My team consists of six members other than myself. My husband works alongside me as a licensed agent and we have an amazing buyer’s specialist by the name of Leslie Brindley, who has been with our team for more than 10 years and has worked as our transaction coordinator as well. DeAnne is our transaction coordinator currently and has been involved with Real estate for more than a decade. Our other team members include Marissa, Abbey, and Alecia, who all assist with seller feedback, buyer feedback, marketing, scheduling pictures, showings and more. We emphasize and specialize in customer care.

In your own words, please write a paragraph about how the owner or partners got interested in starting this business. Is the owner the first person in their family to own a business? Did they have a career before starting this business? Were there any specific challenges they faced in opening or keeping the business open?

Jennifer had dreamed of being a Realtor when she was a young girl and worked to become licensed once she graduated high school. Life got in the way when she got married and started a family, but she returned to the licensing process after a period of time and became a licensed Realtor in 1994. Jennifer worked as a waitress and as a sales rep for a national retail clothing chain to help supplement her family’s income as she worked very hard to become a successful Realtor. Once she was able to focus on Real Estate exclusively, she started building a team to help her build her business. Team members have helped her to stay available to her clients and focused on their best interests. Jennifer and her team have been through the highs and the lows of the market including the very low time of the great recession. She and her team have always found ways to navigate the specific market challenges and are now able to use that experience for the benefit of their customers.

Tell a story about a great customer experience.

I have been a part of helping wonderful people in need of a quick sale so that a member of the family can relocate for a new job.
I’ve helped multiple customers over the years sell one home and simultaneously close on their new “move-up” home. I’ve worked with some of the most incredible people over the years, and it is difficult to single out just one great experience. In the end, they are all great.

As our client, you will reap the benefit of the thousands of transactions we have successfully closed and through that, have the advantage of incredible relations in the industry, aggressive negotiation, attention to detail, and someone always available to answer the phone. We truly care about your satisfaction and do all that we can to earn your business. We firmly believe in going the extra mile.

What extra services do you offer that people might not know about? For example, restaurants might offer catering and Car Washes might offer shampooing of seats and carpet.

We are experts in the valuation of property and are able to help in unique situations with estate issues, property tax valuation and other related questions. Many of our customers over the years have come to value our ability and knowledge as far as statistical analysis in helping to consider investment opportunities and development.
