We currently focus on digital marketing, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, where we share updates, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content. We also rely heavily on word-of-mouth, which has been one of our strongest and most consistent sources of new customers. Community involvement—such as sponsoring local events and offering promotions—has also been very successful for us in the past.

Laundromat 4 Less holds all required operating certifications in New Jersey. Our facility undergoes routine inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and machine safety. While we are a growing business, we’ve already received strong community recognition through local reviews, social media engagement, and customer referrals, which reflect our commitment to excellent service and a family-friendly environment.

We have a small team of dedicated employees who help with daily operations, cleaning, customer service, and Wash-Dry-Fold. Several team members have been with us for a long time and have grown with the business, contributing to our strong customer service and friendly atmosphere.

We started Laundromat 4 Less because we wanted to build a family-run business that serves our community while creating something of our own. Coming from careers in real estate and construction, we always had an interest in entrepreneurship and saw an opportunity to offer a clean, reliable, and affordable laundromat in our area. The process wasn’t easy—learning the operations, upgrading equipment, and managing unexpected challenges—but our dedication and teamwork kept us going. Today, we’re proud of the business we’ve built and the customers who trust us every day.

A great customer moment for us was when a first-time Wash-Dry-Fold customer told us we “gave her her weekend back.” She was so impressed with how clean, fresh, and organized everything looked that she became a regular and now recommends us to her friends. We love when our service makes someone’s day easier.

We also sell laundry essentials such as detergents, scent beads, and dryer balls. We provide free dryer use on Tuesday mornings, free soap on Wednesdays, and a fun Spin & Win game every Wednesday for our Wash-Dry-Fold customers. First-time customers also receive 15% off their first order. For local businesses, we offer commercial laundry packages tailored to salons, barbershops, spas, Airbnb hosts, and small offices.
