I was looking for a reliable and experienced roller blind installation company. I found Lumen Blinds via Yelp. Of all the vendors, she is the one who responded to me in 24 hours. Aysel is honest and took the time to explain the pros and cons of different types of roller blinds. Her quote is reasonably priced and less expensive than others. Her lead contractor, Serhat is highly experienced working in Asia, US and Europe construction businesses. He is detailed oriented and has a eye for aesthetics. It took less than 2 hours with the installation. During installation, they were careful not to mess up the floors. Post installation, he offered to check in to see how the roller blinds are doing. That kind of professionalism and customer care is way beyond my expectation. I highly recommend them if you are new to window blinds installation. They take good care of their customers from start to finish.

We’re very pleased with our purchase from Lumen Blinds. The zebra/layered blinds that they installed are beautiful and very functional. The company is easy to work with; you simply call or email, and set-up a consultation. They’ll visit within one week, and bring swatches to help you choose styles and colors for your space. Moreover, the company is reliable, professional, and their quote(s) beat-out several competitors. The installation was scheduled for 3 weeks out, but they were able to come within two weeks because they received the materials early from the manufacturer. Their installer arrived on time and did a great job accommodating any adjustments. I highly recommend Lumen Blinds.
